The gas that is produced in the process of thermal decomposition, in the oxygen restricted environment is called as syngas produced during the convertion of diesel to liquids is done which leads to clean diesel. The name comes from their use as intermediates in creating synthetic natural gas and for producing ammonia or methanol. Syngas is also used as an intermediate in producing synthetic petroleum for use as a fuel or lubricant via Fischer-Tropsch synthesis and previously the Mobil process. 

Syngas consists primarily of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and hydrogen, and has less than half the energy density of natural gas. The production of syngas eliminates the carbon emissions in the atmosphere and reduces the green house effect and also global warming. It uses gas as the starting material. It's production is very advantageous in reducing the pollution beyond the energy production. The syngas that is formed is then converted into liquid fuel in a catalytic reaction using Underground coal gasification.  

This liquid fuel is filtered and procesed to form ultra clean dissel fuel, which ie ready to use. During this process a carbonaceous food waste feedstock material is heated in a reducing atmosphere and this, with the high temperatures present, very successfully destroys pretty much all vectors of disease . This gives a chance to eliminate the spread of the diseases and to establish an healthy environment.
